However, due to this global pandemic COVID19 protocol of practice social distancing, enhanced quarantines laws and other new security reasons, we will try our very best to deliver a shipment to all over the countries if the precautionary measures allows us to do so.
After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving to your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. So please kindly contact your local post when it arrives at your country.
Due to COVID-19 the shipping time will depends on your exact location. However, it usually takes only 2-8 business days for shipping to the US depending your location and 7-14 business days or more for international shipping

We typically ship all USA orders within 2-8 business days. If you select Express shipping (if applicable) at checkout, we aim to ship your item within 2-3 business days.

Once we ship your order, you'll get an email or SMS notification with the tracking link.
We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled down when placing your orders. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 1-3 days after you receiving that email.
You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us, i.e. once the shipment has left the fulfillment center.
Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to many avoidable reasons e.g. weather incidents, travael ban restrictions, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.
